a retired hitman is grief stricken by the death of the woman for whom he left the profession. she had arranged for a puppy to be sent to him upon her death so that he can have something to live life for and as a reminder to her.

a gangster's son, not knowing who mr. wick was, steals his car and kills the puppy during the act. mr. wick sets out on a mission to get revenge for the heinous act of having his wife's last act of love taken from him.

this movie was a lot better than I thought it might be. Keanu hasn't really had a lot of hits as of late, but this one was very action packed and maybe it was the movie, not him, that was the ticket. GRADE: B.

Really wanted to see this in the theater but didn't get the chance. I'll see it as soon as it hits video.
