Right click on the image. Click on Save Link As. Rename index.php to "the name of the cover".jpg. Click Save. Just tested it. No problems.

My PC is housed in a Antec Sonata. I bought it at Fry's Electronics. Another great product. Very quiet with it's 120 mm fan. I did upgrade the power supply with a Antec 550 watt unit.
