				ok am i being dull and have missed something but i cant figure out how to upload a cover to the beginners forum ive found the sticky and clicked the link and ???

				When you click the link it should open up an FTP session.
 
Hmmmm it dosn't work on my laptop due to a proxy setting.   
 
you might have something similar or firewall related.

				| in windows XP i just added the upload folders to MY NETWORK CONNECTIONS.  Then i can just drag and drop from WINDOWS EXPLORER. |
