| For those who own an Epson printer which uses the cd tray, you might have noticed that after a while you have to nudge the tray in. Well I contacted Epson Support in Australia and they are sending me a new tray. So if you have this same problem, try contacting Epson in your local country. Hopefully the replacement tray works better. |

I have a brand new, well, a month old, R340, and the tray hangs going in every time and I have to help it along. There are clear plastic tabs on the leading edge that got mangled right away and seems to me they're what is causing the problem.
