PIRHANA 3-d

a chamber of prehistoric, and 100x deadlier than the normal, pirhana was opened up during an earthquake. the fish come out an cause panic and mayhem ala jaws. a sub plot is that the local sheriff has to rescue her own kids from a crashed boat. sound familar?

what struck me as odd were all of the stars in this B movie: richard dreyfuss, liz shue, ving rhames, jerry connell.... it was better than i thought and for the single guys, lot of hot babes w/ no clothes on.

Watched it the other night and it is a somewhat gory bloody movie
and not for the squeamish at heart. I liked the movie well enough
but like blackhawkdown said the plot does sound familiar to Jaws.

I'd give it a C+
